Supporting a Major Rebrand

We supported a major rebrand exercise for an Edinburgh based electromechanical engineering OEM, following the acquisition of two large water utilities companies. Conducted extensive initial market research to redefine the market proposition and created a new visual identity and refreshed narrative across all comms - from signage to literature. Developed a comprehensive delivery roadmap, including an internal stakeholder engagement plan to manage the perception of change.

High Profile Comms Plan

We provided communications expertise to support the delivery of a major international summit "The Global Parliament of Mayors", where 82 city mayors visited Bristol from around the world. We worked with various internal stakeholders from across Bristol Council to support the event branding and signage, and created with a welcome pack for the Mayors to showcase the lifestyle and culture of Bristol city, along with an A5 brochure which outlined events happening during their visit. We also posted live updates on social media throughout the event and even liaised with the local bus company to create specialised branded livery for a bus to transport the Mayors across Bristol.
